What are your hours?

You can access and transact on our online store 24/7. Our customer service agents are available Mondays to Saturdays from 9AM to 6PM.

Are you open 24/7? What happens if I order outside your operating hours?

Orders received after our operation hours will be processed on the following working day

What products do you sell?

We have wide selections of coffee beans, cold brew coffee, ready-made-meals, and merchandise.

How do I know that my order went through?

After you have completed the check out process, you will receive a confirmation via email if you chose to be notified via email and provided an email address. If you chose to be notified via SMS and provided your mobile number, you will receive a message confirming your order.

Do you accept bulk orders?

Yes. If there are not enough stocks for your order on our site, you may send us an email and we will process your order separately depending on the availability.

Can I send an order to another person as a gift?

Yes. Simply indicate on the shipping address, the delivery address, and mobile number of the recipient. It is also best that you advise us by replying to the confirmation Yes.

I would like to purchase products for my own store. Can you make special arrangements for me?

Item/s I want are out of stock. What do I do?

Send us an email of the item/s you wish to order. We will see what we can do to accommodate your order or suggest an alternative. Email us at hello@bluesmith.com.ph.

Can I make changes on my order after it has been confirmed and paid for?

All sales upon check out are final, so please make sure you double-check your orders before checking out.

What areas do you cover and deliver to?

We deliver nationwide.

How fast do you deliver?

Delivery is expected within 1-3 days for areas within Metro Manila and 3-5 days for outside Metro Manila.

How will I be informed of the shipment?

If you have fully paid your order, you shall receive a shipment confirmation via email as soon as we have arranged with a courier.

What happens if I am not available to receive my package upon delivery?

Your representative must have a duly signed authorization letter. If no one else is available to receive on your behalf, items will be sent back to the warehouse. Next delivery will be charged to your account.

What do I do when there is a delay in my delivery? Or my delivery has not arrived?

Can I pick up my order directly from any Bluesmith store?

Yes. Let us know by emailing us at hello@bluesmith.com.ph.

Is it safe and secure to shop at www.bluesmith.com.ph?

Absolutely! We have a secured system to keep your data and will never share your information to third parties.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit, credit cards (Visa & Mastercard), and PayPal. We also accept bank deposit to BDO as well as Cash on Delivery (COD).

What if I have issues with my credit card payment?

Please coordinate and have this checked with your bank.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as payment mode?

Yes. You will be able to select this payment option at checkout.

I made a payment, but have not received any confirmation email/ SMS. What do I do?

Pls email us the following details via email: order number, date of transaction, items ordered with quantity and total amount paid. Send the email to hello@bluesmith.com.ph.

I would like to request for a refund for a damaged item. What do I do?

How long is your refund process?

We will do our best to keep it quick and process within the day of approval.

What do I do if I have an issue with the item I received? (i.e., incorrect/ damaged item delivered)

What is the return and exchange policy?

If we sent you a wrong item from what you ordered, please send us an email at hello@bluesmith.com.ph. If you have changed your mind about your order after receiving it, please be reminded that all sales delivered in good condition are final.
